Service Writer/Sales Associate
We are looking for someone with a passion for biking and skiing who wants to be part of our team. Our front-end shop is a fast paced, fun environment with a focus on a customer service at the highest level! If you’re looking for a great place to work and a relaxed environment this might be the job for you…plus our in-store espresso machine will help keep you caffeinated all day long!!!!

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greeting customers and providing great service
• Determining customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Answering questions regarding available inventory
• Strong Product knowledge for all ski and bike related products
• Researching new bike and ski technology to better handle customer requests
• Completing customer transactions at point of sale system
• Restocking merchandise
• Performing general store maintenance and cleaning
• Building relationships to ensure future business
• Other tasks assigned as they arise

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent people skills
• Passionate mountain biker and skier
• Passion about new bike and ski technology
• Ability to lift heavy inventory
• Prior experience in bike and ski sales
• Knowledge of general bike repair and maintenance
• knowledge of bicycles of all types, parts, tools, service techniques and parts compatibility
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure but to the highest standard
• Flexible availability – including weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• The position is Full-Time and commences as soon as possible.
• Compensation commensurate upon experience.
• You need to be legally eligible to work in Canada and must have a valid work permit.
