They have got tiniest scrape/chip from the first time I rode them at fort William right after a stop I rolled into a too deep puddle while barely moving, went over the bars and got the tiniest scrape/chip which was annoying as it was their first run and they cost me £117.
That was in 2017 and since then they’ve been to morzine for 2 weeks 2 years in a row (4weeks total) where they did all the drops on chatel air voltage and Les gets airline (while I weighed 80kg) and raced at Scottish downhill rounds so I have full confidence that their strength and durability is still there.
They have mainly been on my downhill bike the last 2 years and seen not much use but I have used them to bomb down downhill tracks recently and still fine and I ride pretty rough and hard.
