2020 Zipp 3ZERO MOTO 29er Carbon Wheelset

These wheels are two years old, but don’t have a whole lot of riding on them, hence the reason I’m selling them; I just don’t ride enough to justify owning them at this point. They’ve been extremely well cared for and never ridden in the wet. Bearings are like new. There’s hardly any cosmetic damage to the rims and no structural damage. I’ve included a photo of the worst of the cosmetic damage and it amounts to just a few scratches from small, loose rocks on the trail. I am the original owner of these wheels bought directly from the factory.

If you aren’t familiar with these wheels, they use a single wall rim design that makes them extremely durable, as they are designed to deflect away from impacts. In addition to the added durability, this controlled flex makes a big difference in ride feel that really dampens vibration and helps you to maintain a line when riding through rock gardens. This flex also increases grip in off camber corners.

This is a standard Zipp factory build with Zipp ZM1 hubs utilizing their 4 pawl 52 points of engagement freehub design. Boost spacing front and rear (110 x 15mm and 148 x 12mm). Front hub comes with 15mm Torque Caps (for RockShox forks) and standard 15mm endcaps (for non RockShox forks). Rear hub has an XD driver for SRAM 11 and 12-speed MTB cassettes. Includes the very accurate (+- 2% accuracy at all pressures measured in 10ths of a PSI) integrated Quarq TyreWiz tire pressure monitoring system (AKA MOTOwiz) that is $200 aftermarket by itself. Inner width on rims is 30mm.
