This 2010 Specialized S-Works Tarmac frame, fork, headset and ultegra BB.
The full carbon frame is the highest end, S-Works Tarmac SL2 in size 56 large in Saxo Banks team colors. It has various nicks, chips and cable rub (see photos) but is structurally solid. There is a superficial rub mark in the left chain stay where the rim rubbed after a spoke broke. This was checked by the bike shop and deemed no problem and has been ridden for several years since.
