I have an Echo trials frame just sitting around. It's older, maybe purchased around 2001 I think. It includes headset, and I should have a fork I believe for it, and that should be a black orange zero fork. I can include the small seat/post I have for it (not shown) and the chain-tensioner which I made for it is included. I have a pair of Magura HS33 hydraulic brakes for it and those are not included for free but I'll include those for $50 if you want those too.
