You may be wondering why this bike is listed as a 2020 model while you don't see it in the 2020 line-up... you're right to wonder. This is the 2018 model but here is the reason why I listed it as a 2020 model: This 2018 model did not see the trail until the end of July 2020. Until then it was lent out by the Centre du Vélo La Shop to a Honda dealership for them to display on a Thule roof rack on one of their cars inside the showroom.

I have been the sole owner of this bike since the end of July 2020. I've upgaded the stock wheelset to an I9 305 V3 wheelset with Hydra hubs as well as a RaceFace Next carbon fiber bar (800mm uncut), RaceFace Turbine 40mm stem, Ergon enduro grips and a Specialized Phenom saddle for the 2021 season. I've also made a custom tool carrier which will be included with the bike. Read wheel has a cushcore installed and front tire is an Assgai. Fork was brought up from the stock 140mm to 150mm and 4 tokens are inculded (only two inside the fork at the moment).

The bike is in excellent condition, has never been abused and always well maintained (all suspension service has been done by La Shop's DOS department). Suspensions and dropper serviced prior to 2022 season. Rear tire (DRH) put on a couple of months into the season. Derailleur pulleys, chain, cassette (X01 Eagle) and chainring all replaced prior to 2022 season. Read rim replaced and bottom frame bearing replaced a couple months into the season. All cables replaced prior to 2022 season. Brake pads replaced end of 2021 season, brakes bled prior to 2022 season. All area susceptible to wear and scratches was covered with 3M paint protector film.

This bike will take pretty much anything you have the guts to ride, from the lower Gatineau Park to the Camp Fortune gnar and MSM steeps such as BoneShaker and Maibock. It's a little wanna-be enduro trail bike made to go fast on the flats and uphills than can hold it's own under a competent rider on the rough and steep stuff and it jumps like a dream!

Why I am selling before the season ends you ask? Well I tore a couple ligaments in my shoulder after trying to imitate superman on the dirt after clipping a tree with my bar on Patrouille in Mont-Tremblant while not even going that fast... so there you go...
