2007 Thor Wanderer toy hauler

2007 thor wanderer. This is a great shorter length fifth wheel toy hauler with tons room for toys and gear. 27.5 feet in length and can fit an RZR. It's been well taken care of with no leaks, new tires, all appliances work and has 400 watts of solar on the roof. The biggest upgrade is tons or structural reinforcement to the chassis with all new bushings, links, bolts and shocks done a few months ago. These toy haulers are pretty under built stock, and tend to bind and twist under heavy maneuvering. some of the brackets were starting to twist so I had a shop realign and gusset all the mounting points for the suspension and put in cross braces from each side of the chassis to the other. 100 gallon fresh water tank, 60 gallon grey, and 40 gallon black water. Two 50 gallon propane tanks. New awning earlier this year. Have AC and heat both which work flawlessly. Only issue is a small soft spot on the floor roughly 6" x 8". No water leak and not near any pluming so unsure of the cause. Other than that its in great condition for a trailer of its age and is road ready. cargo area is 98.5 inches wide x 93.5 inches long from the back door to the fridge. It is 64 inches wide from the fridge to the inside of the wheel well all the way to the steps.
