I am selling 2x stainless steel bolts (fixing screws) that fit under the right and left GRX brifters.
For reference (these part numbers include the covers which I am NOT including):
Y0F398040
Y0F498020
Since mine fell out, I replaced both with stainless steel (not just steel) screws whose head diameter is slightly bigger, but fit well and don't rust.
$5 shipped for both bolts.
Tip: Peel back your handlebar tape to check or replace the bolt, then Loctite the damn thing.
