2023 Service Writer and Mechanic Arrowsmith Bikes

Arrowsmith Bikes Nanaimo is a very busy mountainbike focused shop located on Vancouver Island. Nanaimo has 478 trails, 514km of singletrack with 18000 m of descent that is rideable year round, you should probably move here. We sell Giant Trek and Sant Cruz brands.
We are looking for a Service Writer
- must love riding bikes
- self motivated and works with a sense of urgency
- thorough knowledge of bikes especially mountain and ebikes
- effective communication skills and be amazing with customers
- previous bike shop experience


Mechanic Position Requirements:
- must love riding bikes
- Experience working in a bike shop is a must
- Fun, easy-going, approachable, punctual, good work ethic, and MUST be a team player!
- Years of experience working on mountain and electric bikes would be a plus.
- Cutting edge tools including Andreani SP5 vacuum pump with many opportunities to learn new skills

Wage based on experience $21-30 per hour plus benefits
