This is an aftermarket link for the v1 Santa Cruz Hightower (2016-2019) made by 'Outsider'.
The link, combined with a 210x55 rear shock, bumps the travel to 145/150mm (uses stock flip chip).
I'm also selling the Cane Creek DB Air CS rear shock that was used with this link. If you are interested in both let me know.
