* Replaced heavy Stout cranks --> Shimano Zee Crankset, 170mm ($108 new)

* Replaced stock P Series stem --> Ritchey Trail Comp Stem, 31.8mm clamp, 35mm length
* Replaced stock P Series saddle --> Chromag Overture Saddle ($55 new)

Pedals aren't included, but if you want I can throw in a pair of ** BRAND NEW ** Crank Brothers Stamp 1, Large, Black pedals (never mounted!) for $40 extra.

The bike is in beautiful condition with some minor bike rack scuffing on the top tube and a couple small hardly noticeable nicks on the rear chainstay (check pics). These are made "one size fits all" (22.5TT).
