Sram x9 9 speed derailleur, shimano xt 3 speed direct mount derailleur, sram X5 3 speed shifter (left hand) and 9 speed shifter (right hand), two used shimano cassettes bit of life left in both. 9 speed chain bit of life left in it. Shimano Deore fc m590 3 ring crankset life left in the rings but pedal axle rounded off in non drive side crank could probably be removed with a bit of effort but I never bothered
