2023 E-Bike Mechanic

Come work in a spacious, professional, well-equipped shop with cutting-edge technology and lots of learning opportunities. Oak Bay Bikes is looking for a full-time, dedicated e-bike mechanic who is familiar with both Bosch and Shimano systems. Previous bike mechanic experience required.

Duties Include:

-Checking over bikes, assessing wear or damage
-Putting together quotes and contacting customers
-Repairing all types of bikes - and guaranteeing your work
-Writing detailed notes for the service team and customers
-Diagnose, repair, or warranty Bosch and Shimano systems

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

-Effective communication and hospitality skills
-Ability to work independently
-Excellent time management skills
-A desire to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies

-Positive attitude
-Familiar with Ascend RMS

Some Job Details:

Hourly wage: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
Full-time, 8 hour shifts
