Large Giant Reign I Enduro – completely rebuilt

I rebuilt this bike from scratch as a long-term project, but I have a new bike so I’m not going to keep it. Every component was removed, completely dismantled, fully serviced/rebuilt, or replaced. Took it for one rip since completion and it feels like a new whip. Also, since owning it I rode park 90% of the time on my DH so this bike was only ridden regularly for a few years. I take pride in my mechanical work, and this bike rides like new. Higher spec than stock too. Full details below.

Forks: Lyrik Solo Air – complete rebuild at Fluid Function
Shock: Monarch Plus RC3 – complete rebuild at Fluid Function
Wheels: DT Swiss EX471 – tightened or trued at Whistler Bike Co.
Brakes: Sram Guide Ultimate – completely disassembled and rebuilt calipers and levers, fresh bleed, awesome stopping power. Rotors and calipers reset and torqued.
Frame: 2016 aluminum, bearings replaced, repacked or left alone if smooth.
Hubs: DT Swiss 350 front/back, completely rebuilt, bearings/springs replaced.
Tires: Continental Der Kaiser on front (brand new), Bontrager XR4 Expert on rear (plenty of life left). Running tubeless with no leaks.
Derailleur: Sram X1 11 speed – completely rebuilt, bearings repacked, full set up.
Shifter Sram X1 trigger – completely rebuilt, new cable/housing.
Cassette and chain removed, degreased, reassembled with Power Link. Bottom bracket is smooth.
Every component has been freshly greased and torqued, or thread locked where appropriate.
