Fast XC race bike with a downcountry build. This a two-bottle bike. Competitive at any Mid Atlantic XC course, including Stokesville/Frederick/PA rocks, and perfect setup for trail riding at Patapsco, Bacon Ridge, etc. Well-loved but well maintained.
2017 Giant Anthem X Advanced 29er 1. Size XL and frame only has 3 years of use due to warranty replacement. Ibis 928 carbon wheelset with DT Swiss 350 hubs and upgraded star ratchet set. XT groupset: XT brakes (180/160mm XT rotors), XT 1x11 drivetrain (Wolf 32T oval ring with chain guide), and 175mm XT cranks. XT pedals are included as well as an extra XC tire.
2019 FOX 34 Stepcast 120mm fork with FIT4 damper with remote lockout. The shock is RockShox Monarch RL 100mm. Both serviced regularly.
PNW Cascade 170mm dropper post. Also including a Giant Contact SLR carbon fixed seat post. The carbon stem is a Giant Contact SLR and the carbon bars are Ibis. New Norco saddle.
Can meet in DC/Baltimore/Annapolis area.
