Many things have been done to keep it rad.
-Newer front wheel bearing on drivers side
-One new drive shaft.
-New lower control arms replaced this fall
-New front brake rotors and calipers done in January.
-Rear brake rotors and calipers a month ago
- new battery this year.
-Synthetic oil ran in it since we owned it
-it has Decent shape 235/70/16 summer tires on black painted Honda pilot rims.
-Decent shape 225/70/16 winter tires on element rims

also 3 spare 225/ 70 / 16 tires also included.

There are things that could be done to keep it rad for years to come.
It needs New rear struts and springs price might go up if they get replaced.
it can use new door checks new sway bar bushings. windshield is not perfect.
