2021 Commencal Meta AM 29 Medium Mullet

Selling my 2021 Commencal Meta AM 29 size medium. I am 5'10" and the 470mm reach fits perfect. Selling because I am looking for more of a trail bike.

I have had it set up with a 180mm fork and 230x65 air shock. With the Williams Racing Products mullet link, the frame is good for about 172mm travel per WRP. With overforking and the mullet link, it gets you to around 63.3 head tube angle and 465mm-ish reach. Happy to switch out the WRP link for the original one if you would like to run full 29er.

This was a completely custom build from the frame up that I built with super Enduro/gravity riding in mind. Some highlights:

- 180mm Fox Factory 38 with XL mudguard

- Williams Racing Products mullet link for Commencal Meta AM 29, shifts leverage curve to achieve 172mm rear travel with the longer stroke 65mm shock
- Shimano Saint 4 piston brakes with 223mm Galfer rotor up front and 203mm Shimano rotor out back
- 210 OneUp dropper with SDG radar saddle
- Sram GX eagle drivetrain with 52 tooth cassette, in good working condition
- Wheelset features 29er Spank front rim with 2.5 in DD casing Assegai, DT Swiss EX 511 27.5 rear with nearly new (one ride) DHRII 2.4 in exo+ rear tire
- Spank vibrocore 35mm handlebar
- Binary 35mm stem
- MRP bashguard

This bike rips. From local flow trails, rocky chunks, and bike park action this rig handles it all with a smile. The long wheelbase coupled with a slack head tube make for a confident ride over just about anything. Add in (surprisingly) responsive handling and you have a great all-rounder. The 650B rear wheel courtesy of the WRP mullet link adds a bit of party back into the ride and compliments the full-sized front wheel well. Since it's a Commencal, you can rest easy knowing that the bike will win against the ground every time. This frame has a few nicks and scratches, but far from anything that would compromise frame integrity or is too much of an eyesore.

This bike has been ridden well and maintained. As the pictures show, I've placed frame protection (vinyl, ride wrap tape, and old people shower traction tape) on the high wear zones. Happy to remove prior to sale if desired. I also added an e-bike sticker on the top tube for an extra boost.

The 210mm OneUp post can be inserted nearly all the way for the longest drop possible and is perfect for my height range. It could be inserted a few more mm's if needed.

Frame extras:
- 230x65 Marzocchi Bomber coil shock, no spring (add $200 or swap for X2)
- Cushcore for rear 27.5 wheel (add $50)
- Spank 359 29er rear wheel for full 29er setup (add $100 or in place of the 27.5 wheel)

Bike is currently disassembled, will build up when there is interest or happy to send as a build-a-bike kit.
