2023 Northwave Extreme XCM 3 MTB Shoes size 42

New Northwave Extreme XCM 3 Mtb shoes size 42. New with tags - never worn. Tried them but they don't work for my foot. Length wise they are identical to Sidi and Giro size 42. Toe box is slightly wider than Giro - the same or very slightly wider than Sidi. The volume above the forefoot is more than the Sidi and Giro - this was the deal breaker for me. When I tighten the shoe the top of the toe box starts to develop a crease because my foot is too thin. They would be fine with a thicker sock, but I like my zero cushion smart wool socks for riding.
