Rebuilt a Schwinn department store bike as a dual slalom/slope-style single speed. Went from 43lbs stock to 33lbs with tannus inserts and tubes. Wheel-set is 26" x 24" mixed wheel built by Atomlab. I replaced the metal bushing in the URT pivot with a 15mm axle with radial and needle bearings. Suspension is Manitou Markhor fork w/ lockout 120mm and the rear shock is a dual air w/ lockout DNM 165mm giving 100mm rear travel. All components are Deity except 50mm stem is Atomlab, Shimano cranks, hydraulic disc brakes 180x160mm rotors, and custom fitted angleset at .5 degree slack.
