2017 Kona Process 153

Price lowered! Selling an excellent condition 2017 Kona Process.

I didn't plan on selling this, but I found a deal on a different bike. It runs like new with no mechanical issues, and everything has been serviced either by myself or the Kona shop (RIP). It is very capable on the ups and downs, as I have taken this on everything and handles it all (XC trails, jumps, technical steeps, etc.). This is a really solid all around bike that is perfect if you are looking for something that is ready to ride with many years ahead of it. I love this thing especially for how nimble and playful it is around berms and the downs.

List of new parts and service:
- new Tranzx dropper post with new cable (~$210)
- new frame pivot bearings (~$200)
- new Sram Code R brakes with new pads and fresh bleed (~$220)
- new chainring, cassette, chain, and shift cable (~$300)
- Suspension last serviced about a year ago at Grit in Bellingham, still runs very smooth (~$360)
- OneUp aluminum pedals recently rebuilt with new bearings and internals (~$30)
- OneUp Hope 4 pro hub recently cleaned and re-greased (~$0)

Other:
- Tires are in good condition with enough tread
- No frame damage.
- The drivetrain shifts perfectly with no issues whatsoever
- No weird squeaks, noises or clanking. You can pick it up and drop it and it will be pretty much silent.
- The bottom bracket has been fully cleaned, greased, and spins smoothly and freely.
- The chain is fairly new and has always been cleaned and lubed after almost every ride, as well as the stanchion seals being lubed with suspension grease.
- DVO topaz t3 and diamond fork
- Headset recently cleaned and greased, which spins smoothly with no play
- Cushcore in both tires
- No brake rub on either tires (it rubs very very slightly but it makes no difference)
- Brakes are powerful
- There is a scratch on the fork (not the stanchions) and the seat has a tear (see photos)

I'm throwing in an extra chain and a new Maxxis DHF front tire as I don't have a use for them anymore.
