• **Note: this bike has been setup utilizing the Sram app for “Sequential shifting” which essentially allows for a physical 2x system to become a 1x for shifting purposes. This means that the rider only has to shift harder or easier (i.e. right shifter button or left shifter button) and the derailleur will automatically switch between the large and small chainrings as you move up and down the cassette. This promotes correct chainline (limits cross-chaining) and helps prevent any loose chain/rattling when in the small chainring and small cogs in the cassette (cross-chaining). The rider can override this function to shift into different chainrings at any point as well.
