Specialized Vado / Como Ebike Battery, Motor and Charger

I cracked the frame of my 2018 Specialized Vado 2.0 and I got a new 2023 Vado 4.0 that uses a different battery and motor. I have taken great care of my old bike and still get close to a 100kms of REAL riding (wind/hills/230lb) on a full charge. As you can see on the battery, you get full charge and all display lights showing.
I have had my shop remove the battery, all connecting wires/display/controller and motor.
