WTB: Cielo Sportif mid-reach frameset 58cm

I am curious as to anyone has a Cielo Sportif frame and matching steel fork in 58cm. I want the one that takes big fat 35mm tires and uses mid- or long-reach brakes. There might have been a version that uses short reach ones too, so just wanted to mention that - only the one for use with super fat tires.

The condition should be good to great. I will ride it in all weather, so it doesnt nee dot be new, but no scratches, dents, cracks, but a few marks in the paint etc., is fine. I dont really care about the colour - anything is fine. I will likely build this up over time (cash strapped), but if you have a full bike in great condiiton and a great deal, I might be interested. My preference is for Campagnolo, but could do SRAM or possibly (possibly!) Shimano.
