Rustler SLX is designed from the ground up to be a playful trail bike. An aluminum frame, responsive trail geometry, and the agility of 27.5″ wheels mean you can get creative with the trail features. Rustler’s Split Pivot suspension design makes the most of its 130 mm of rear travel and is active while accelerating, braking, and climbing for reliable traction. Shimano’s SLX drivetrain performs smoothly ride after ride, and the four-piston hydraulic brakes bring the action to a halt when you need it. With space for a full-size water bottle and a top tube mount for ride accessories, it’s easier to keep the fun rolling..

Top-shelf, double and triple-butted, heat-treated 6066-T6 aluminum tubing allows for a light and strong frame. Additionally, the tubing is strategically shaped and formed for additional stiffness and strength optimization in key stress areas
Rear Flip chip adjusts the head tube angle and bottom bracket height for terrain and personal preference, combined with a 425mm chainstay length and 27.5″ wheels, make Rustler the liveliest bike in Salsa’s line
The compact suspension layout combined with a low top tube, facilitates on-trail body language and offers stellar standover clearance across all sizes
