Fork is in good condition. I recently upgraded to a Factory 36 and this fork is collecting dust. It was rebuilt in 2022 by a local shop here in Truckee, Start Haus. The steerer tube is cut to 6 3/4" (see photos). Some scratches on the right side and the quick release lever took a rock to it at some point. It still functions and tightens fine. Stanchions are in good condition. One very small scratch on the back of the right stanchion (see photos). Price is OBO. Fork is located in Truckee CA. Feel free to text with any questions.
