Specialized Deflect H2O neoprene shoe covers, size large (43/44 according to the tag, see pic).
These are made with thicker neoprene, taped zippers, and reinforced soles. Great for commuting or wet cold rides. They don't make these anymore.
Excellent condition, no rips/tears etc. I wore these once or twice at most, so there's a few dirty spots from those rides. I've got Gore-Tex winter shoes now so no longer need these.
