Chris King 32H ISO Boost 148 rear hub, matte black

32 hole Chris King ISO Boost hub, 12x148, Shimano HG driveshell, matte black. This is the version with the needle bearing driveshell, not the new twin bearing design. Was only laced once, bearings are nice and smooth.

The HG driveshell and axle are BRAND NEW and have not been ridden. These are tolerance matched due to the needle bearing, hence the "+2" marking on them.

The anodization has been partially rubbed off on the driveside, right near where the driveshell is. Some kind of grass or weeds got caught behind the cassette and just polished the anodization off. I've not ever had this happen, but the area where the ano is missing is smooth, and there's not edge or lip to it when you run your fingernail across it. It blends in seamlessly the anodized part. I've compared this to my other King hubs and this looks identical, IE, no material removed, etc etc. I've taken some up close pictures to show this. This would all be hidden when the cassette is mounted as well.

The HG driveshell/axle alone retailed for about $375 when King still had them.
