I have a fantastic XX1 AXS Upgrade Kit for much less than new at the store.
Comes with Derailleur, shifter, battery and charger. Everything you see in the photos.
There are a few scratches on the rear derailleur which you can see from the photo I crashed and The performance is not effected at all by the scratches.
