2023 Norco Fluid w/ Fox 36 & Shimano XT

This pristine 2023 Norco Fluid features a Fox 36 fork, full Shimano XT drivetrain, 4-piston TRP brakes, and Maxxis Minion EXO+ tires. Ridden just once at West Bragg, this bike looks and feels brand new because I haven’t been able to ride it since getting injured on a different bike last spring.

Changes to the stock Fluid FS1 model include the Fox 36 150mm fork, the Shimano XT cranks, the Maxxis tires, the FSA headset, and the Chromag grips. It’s otherwise as original. The tires are brand new, so I’ll wait to add sealant when the bike is sold.

You may notice that, when replacing the fork, I left the steerer tube long, so I can shorten it for you when you choose your preferred stem height. This brand new fork received a lowers service before installation, so the grease is fresh and the oil levels are to spec. Note that the increased fork travel slackens the head tube angle by about half a degree more than the original.

I also have other parts for this bike that could be swapped or negotiated in the price, including Shimano alloy pedals, Shimano metallic brake pads, a Shimano XT 30T chainring, a OneUp 30T bash guard, and a OneUp 150mm dropper post (adjustable to 130 or 140mm).
