2020 Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt Free Shipping.

Used 2020 Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt XL Frame. 27.5 wheel size bike frame. Build this up as a full 27.5, or Mullet it, geo can be adjusted with ride9 system. previous owner says he had it build as a mullet.
In sparkle black finish. Few typical scuffs and scrapes to paint. Paint really sparkles outside in the sun (unfortunately its overcast/winter here and took pics inside)

Frame comes with the derailleur hanger, chain guide, all ride 9 hardware, seat tube clamp, One Up bashgaurd. By the looks of it previous owner added a set of 2021+ Instinct shuttle gaurds to the down tube. Will add in a new fsa headset I purchased for this frame. (has not been installed yet)

If interested will sell a 2021 Fox DPX2 210x55mm from my own XL Instinct with the frame for an additional $250 (850 or best offer frame and shock)
can throw in a 150mm rocky mountain toonie dropper post for free too if you want.

2020/2021 thunderbolts came with a 140mm rear travel 210x55mm shock.
Can be setup with a 210x52.5 or 210x50 for less travel. (2018-1019 Thunderbolts were same frame and had less travel rear options)
2020 models came with a 140mm fork and the final model year 2021 (same frame) came with a 150mm fork.
Geo for 2020 w/140mm fork was 65.9 hta in slack position, 66.6hta in neutral position or 67.1 hta in steep ride 9 position.
Ride9 shock adjust chips allow for 3 different geo changes, and within each geo change 3 different shock rate positions. regressive, neutral, or progressive. Can tune the bike to terrain or weight or style of riding.

XL Thunderbolt frame fits 5'11" to 6'3" 180cm to 190.5cm Height.

Bought this frame only off pinkbike from a guy in Calgary, was listed as a Large. Was intending to use for my son as he moves up from his current medium frame Thunderbolt to a large frame. Realized today when looking at it between the two frames and measuring it up that it is actually an XL, This is too big for him and I can't use it. Previous owner who sold it to me said it had a Large frame sticker on it when he bought it and only ever rides larges. Have measured headtube length and it is indeed an XL. If you currently have a Large 2018-2021 Thunderbolt frame and want to swap would be open to offers.
