Front and rear, no rotors https://www.bikeradar.com/news/hope-special-edition-mono-m4-brake .I owned and used these brakes from 2013 swapping from bike to bike, but it is the time to move on. I have replaced bearings a couple of times, rear calliper got new pistons less than a year old. Ask for more photos if interested.
