This fork could use some love to get working right. The fork is structurally intact and would be alright to go on a bike, but there are some performance issues. There is an problem with the damper, as the fork is very stiff and only gets about 20mm of travel. If you have the tools, there is a solution. I can provide whatever info you need to get it fixed and working properly. There are also a couple nicks on the lowers and stanchions, nothing big enough to impact performance however. You might want new seals as well.
