This is a 2020 Transition Ripcord - 24” rear wheel, 26" front wheel (mullet), Shimano drivetrain and brakes. The fork is an old RockShox Sektor RL, still functions well but a bit heavy and out of date. It has two small holes drilled in the frame so that a dropper cable can be used (it does not currently have a dropper on it). Buyer pays shipping (with bike flights should be around $100 within the country).
