This bike was custom built by my late-stepfather, who when he was too ill to ride devoted his time to creating bikes for his cycling friends and his family. I was gifted this bike, which was "made for me" in that it has orange and purple details. It however was not made for my body, nor my style of cycling (country road, flowers in basket...), and although I have tried, I am never going to ride it. The bike has been in one marathon in Vancouver back in 2015, and around the block three times. This time capsule cycle deserves to be owned by someone who knows and appreciates the value of this bike, and will use it to collect memories instead of dust.
