This is a pair of TireWiz Air Pressure Sensor/Monitors valve stems that measure your air pressure in the tires and relay that information to your garmin. Unnecisarily fancy, but also kind of cool.
They're made for the Zip 3Zero Moto Wheels and MSRP on these is $214. They work flawlessly, I just personally am the last person to care about what TP I'm running - hence don't care to have these.
