2021 Trailcraft Maxwell 26 Ultra Build Magazine Test Bike

This bike was profiled and photographed for Bicycling Magazine, Issue 5, 2021, with my son riding.

We ordered it without regard to cost. It's been around the country, and cleared every jump at Trestle's "36th Chamber", but it's also been ridden to and from school :)

In August of 2022 I disassembled it for long-term storage before reassembling it this week with a new Trailcraft headset. It shouldn't require anything to go riding besides air in the tires and wax on the chain.

If there's a better downhill and all-mountain bike for a 12-year-old, I don't know of its existence.

Scratches consistent with being packed and repacked two dozen times but it's never been seriously crashed or damaged.
