Front and rear road brake calipers. They are complete including all their parts as pictured.
I don't know the brand but you can read R740 on the back of both brakes. Tektro maybe?
The pads of the rear brake have lots of life, the ones of the front brake will need to be replaced soon. They have pads with removable inserts so they are easy to replace.
I'm selling them because the front one didn't fit my new 28mm tire. I may continue using the rear brake until they sell
