Upgraded with Cascade link (~$200) for more progressive and sensitive rear suspension than stock, Ibis Ripmo pork-chop bag (~$120), One-up edc (~$120, all-in-one tool that fits perfectly in the head tube), and a couple other things.
rear rim is a bit dented and out of true, but has lifetime warranty on wheels (as well as frame)

Awesome bike, It climbs amazing for how long travel it is, the best cornering bike I have ever ridden, and handles the chop great.
Anywhere from short after work rips to 3 day bike packing trips this thing is a perfect allrounder.
