Wanted: Shimano Dura Ace SL-7800 Downtube Shifter

I'm looking for used/new Shimano Dura Ace SL-7800 10-Speed downtube shifters. I'm open to a reasonable price based on the condition of the shifters.

If you're looking for other 10-speed Dura Ace components, I'm willing to trade with the following Dura Ace 10-speed item:

- Shimano Dura Ace CS-7900 10-Speed cassette (I have multiple 11-28 and 11-27 cassettes in mint conditions with less than 1,000 km of use)
- Shimano Dura Ace PD-7800 pedals
- Shimano Dura Ace RD-7800 rear derailleur, long cage
- Shimano Dura Ace RD-7800 rear derailleur, short cage
