Dropper Post came off of a 2022 Santa Cruz Chameleon (Medium) and was serviced under warranty at SRAM (through Steed Cycles) in April 2024. I decided to go for another dropper post, so the Reverb Dropper Post was never reinstalled on my bike. It has zero rides on it and is like new!
