I've got a set of 08 WTB Laserdisc Trail rims built up on DT Swiss 370 Hubs, these wheels would retail at about 550$, so i think 300$ is a generous deal, these wheels are brand new and have never seen the outdoors, tires in picture are not included but are also for sale (Kenda Nevegale 2.1's)
