Xbox 360 premium with two controllers and 3 games + wifi ada

okay people, so my xbox red lighted on me and due to having a ps3 theres not point in me keeping it all.

2 wireless controllers, one has play and charge kit battery and the lead. £15 on the white one. £17 on limited edition halo one.

Pictures really shouldnt be needed as it all works and the controller comes with new batteries (non play and charge one)
The console boots up and works, but after about 30 mins it lags out and then dies + displays the three red lights.
Don't know if it can be replaced by microsoft but if it can, go for it.

unsure on prices but thats what i think is fair for them.
