*PRICE DROP* Need Gone! (Snow bike or Tramp Bike Potential)

I have a frame, fork, bars, stem, and seat post that would work perfect for a snow or tramp bike build (Plus extras). The headset will require new bearings but that is it. I do not have skiis or foot pegs for it... thats why its posted as potential! I will also include a set of wheels and tires, and the v-brakes that are on it in the deal. I'm trying to clear out all the spare bike stuff. Thanks for looking, and hope to hear some interest in it. I would prefer to not ship and keep it local as well. Will also sell stuff separately.
