2010 CycleOps PowerTap 300 Pro indoor cycling trainer. Comes with CycleOps' new Joule computer, HR monitor, and a built-in powertap hub. This is not fixed like the old models - you can freewheel on it (sounds counter-productive, I know, but after lights-out intervals it ends up being a rather nice feature).
Does not include saddle of pedals.
Does include the perfect training tool.
