Hey guys, just put up my Redline Monocog for sale. Awesome bike that I love to death, but I need the money for other endeavors. I'm a terribly broke college student and rock climber, and I suspect that much of this sale will go on to buy more gear for my vertical endeavors. As such, I'm trying to price this bike to move fast. The complete bike probably has less than 100 hours of riding time on it and is in great condition. This bike is a collection of parts I bought new and parts that I got used either off of Ebay or from friends. The used pieces were the frame/fork, seatpost, front wheel, brakes, and tires. I bought the cranks, rear wheel, stem, brake levers, bars, and seat brand new. I bet the bike could maybe be worth double the amount I'm asking if sold to the right person, but I want to get this thing off my hands. Here's some of what's on the bike:

Redline Flight Monocog 26" frame (all aluminum...this bike is really pretty light, even for being a few years old.)
Redline Monocog 26" Rigid fork
Raceface Ride XC X-Type cranks (current gearing is 34/16)
Sealed PRIMO pedals
Shimano Deore front wheel (from early 2000's. Got this from a friend who races XC)
Surly Rear wheel (Surly flip flop hub laced to a WTB Dual Duty rim)
Rock Shox seatpost
Bontrager seat
Avid Single Digit V-brakes
Avid Single Digit levers
Raceface Evolve XC stem (100mm)
Specialized XC Low-rise bars
Cheng Shin Blackburn tires (26x2.10)

Hopefully the pictures speak to the condition of the bike. The majority of the riding that was done on this bike was commuting back and forth to class and work on my college campus. It's sad, but the bike really hasn't seen much if any time on the trails at all. I'm sure it would be great for riding, I just never personally had the time. Any time I'd get psyched to ride I end up going to climb. Such is life.

Nonetheless, I am asking $350 OBO, and when I say OBO I will be pretty open to offers. I would prefer not to ship, but I will as long as the buy covers the expenses. If you live near me (Athens, OH) I would be willing to meet up with serious buyers who want to see/ride the bike in person. Message me at any time. I check the site daily. Somebody buy this thing, it deserves to be ridden properly!
