In July 2016 we took our enduro bikes, packed tents, sleeping bags, food and some most needed equipment and headed to Khevsureti (mountainous region of Georgia near the border with Chechnya). By our knowledge we were the first ones to cross some of the valleys with bikes and one of the few to ever ride the trails around Sadzele and Chaukhi passes, rising 3000 meters above the see level. We climbed hundreds of meters with the bikes on our backs, crossed way to many streams, and rode some of the most amazing trails in the heart of the Great Caucasus.
But what truly made this trip an ultimate adventure, was the one unexpected meeting in the most remote place we got during the trip. I'll never forget those friendly people, taste of the food and beverage they shared with us, and the unreal experience of listening to their songs while being surrounded by high caucasian peaks.
