Excellent shop, fantastic to work at and caters to the Trek and Giant community well.
went there with a flat tire. was turned away because they said they didn't have time to change an inner tube. I said fine ill change it myself just sell me the tube. took the rear wheel off my bike and began to change the tube (with no tools) was then asked to leave the store because im not allowed to work on my own bike inside... took my wheel and tube out side leaving my bike in the store. the owner then came out and rudely asked if I was going to pay for the tube... horrible service and horrible manners... I will never go back and refuse to support a bike shop that doesn't not help other bikers. took me 10 mins total to change the tube. would take them 5 with tools. RUDE!!!
We just weren't able to do it right at that moment & understandably you couldn't wait as you were on your way to work. I apologize if you thought it was rude when he asked you to pay for the tube.
