They don't know mountain biking. They make you have pay for everything they touch. Paid them to get a new hydro brake line installed and it took them almost 2 weeks and charged me $100 the they cut the line too short so it is a complete waste. Only reason for 2 stars is the factor they are the only bike shop in Chatham. If you can go to windsor or London for service, do it.
I got mis-information from the manager/ head mechanic multiple times. He is kind of condescending and seems jaded as a biker/mech. Definitely capable of doing tune ups and all basic stuff for sure but not that 5 star bike shop that will go the extra mile to educate and make you walk away happy.
