The BMX/MTBdryland and CycleFit programs are designed to build a stronger, more powerful, resilient rider - this program will improve stamina, focus and your watts/kg. This group training program is for cyclists, it will enhance your riding. We use the gym to improve all the things that every great riders wants but can't improve by just spending more time on the bike. It is a focused commitment of 2 hours per week for 6 months(November to April); designed to achieve maximum results while allowing plenty of time and energy to continue your winter activities.
