 Like a lot of us, I have been to my share of local bike shops. This one is top notch. Everyone in there genuinely wants to help you. The mechanics are very good, for the few times I have ever let someone else touch my bike in that manner. Really awesome people. At this point I look for excuses to go there.

 I am not taking my bike back there. Staff was friendly, but they had no clue what they were doing. I have a 2007 Gary Fisher Rig and wanted a basic tune-up and inspection done after I just purchased it. They said it needed a new chain, ok, have them get it done. They could not figure out how to work on a single-speed and would not admit it. Also looked like most of their staff was teenagers. Even their head mechanic looked at it. They ended up doing more damage than good. They put the wrong size chain on and stripped my EBB screws. I didn't end up paying a dime but that might of been a clerical error on their part. Go down the street to A-1 Cycle Center. Way friendlier and knowledgeable.
